Hotel Accommodations

After registering for the event, a room at the Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island will be automatically booked for you. If you have questions or concerns regarding your hotel reservation, please do not contact the hotel. Direct any inquiries to Sydney with TMN Events at sbutler@tmnevents.com.

Please note, any extra hotel nights booked will be your responsibility, pending availability. 

Hotel check-in is at 4:00p.m. - Hotel check-out is at noon. 

Air Information

  • HP Inc Internal teams will book airfare through Concur and follow HP Inc Travel Booking guidelines 
  • Microsoft and AMD Alliance Partners are responsible for booking their own airfare through their respective systems
  • Channel Partners will be automatically booked through TMN Events and this registration website

For Channel Partners ONLY -

  • HP Inc will cover the cost of your coach class airfare. After completion of your registration, you will be contacted with a tentative flight itinerary that you    will need to accept before the flight will be booked. You will have 24 hours to confirm the flight will work for you or the process will have to start over. We      ask that you respond promptly to keep flight costs down.
  • Economy class, lowest fare.
  • No routing deviations (book only from origin to designated airport and back).
  • Flight upgrade requests are your responsibility.
  • Any extra hotel nights will be your responsibility, if available.
  • Any changes after confirmation are your responsibility. This includes ground transportation to the airport and change fees or cost.

*HP Channel Partner flights booked outside of the process with TMN Events will be the responsibility of the partner

If partners are driving, partners are responsible for costs of rentals, gas and any other costs associated with car rental fees. The Ignite team will only cover parking fees at the Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island for the duration of the HP Ignite event.

Air Booking

If booking your own air, please plan to arrive at the resort between 2:30 - 5:00 p.m. EST on Monday, October 14th.  Depending on your schedule, select 1:1 Partner meetings will begin at 3:00p.m. EST.  We'll be hosting a happy hour prior to a brief speaker session beginning on Monday at 5:30p.m EST. Our opening general session begins at 6:00p.m.  

The closest major airport to the Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island is the Jacksonville International Airport (JAX), located approximately 30 miles southwest of the island. JAX is supported by all major airlines with nonstop services to several U.S. cities.

Our program will conclude at 10:00a.m. EST on Wednesday, October 16th unless you are scheduled for any 1:1 meetings, at which your day will conclude at noon. We recommend booking a 2:30p.m. EST or later return flight on the 16th.

Hotel check-out is at noon. 

Ground Transportation

Transportation to and from the Jacksonville International Airport will be provided for all attendees. 

All of your activity ground transportation will be provided once you arrive at the Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island. 

It is not necessary to rent a car.
