After registering for the event, a room at the Muani Lani will be automatically booked for you. If you have questions or concerns regarding your hotel reservation, please do not contact the hotel. Direct any inquiries to Sydney with TMN Events at sbutler@tmnevents.com.

As a token of their appreciation, HP & AMD have graciously offered to extend a $400 room credit toward any additional room night(s), should you choose to extend your stay.

Please note, we highly recommend asking to extend your reservation ASAP. February is high season in Hawaii and group room rates are not guaranteed should the hotel reach maximum occupancy. At this time, the Mauna Lani is SOLD OUT Friday, February 7th and Saturday, February 8th. 

After applying the $400 credit, any extra hotel nights booked will be your responsibility. 

Air Information

• HP Internal teams will book airfare through Concur and follow HP Travel Booking guidelines 
• Alliance Partners are responsible for booking their own airfare through their respective systems
• Guests/+1's are responsible for booking their own airfare

When you submit your registration, you will be directed to the HP Concur booking tool to book your flight. 

**Once you have booked your air, please send your flight itinerary ASAP to Sydney with TMN Events at sbutler@tmnevents.com. Flight itineraries must be submitted by January 9th, 2025 to secure transportation to and from the airport. 

Any travel expenses incurred outside of flight through HP Concur and/or ground transportation through TMN Events will be the responsibility of the traveler and non-reimbursable via MDF.

Air Booking

We will be hosting a Welcome Dinner beginning at 6:30 pm on Sunday, February 9th. Please plan to arrive in time to attend.

The airport of choice is the Kona International Airport (KOA). Please note there are two airports on the island of Hawai'i (Kona); do NOT fly into Hilo. Transportation from KOA only to and from the Mauna Lani will be arranged for you based upon your flight itinerary. If your guest is on the same flight, transportation to the hotel will be provided for them as well. 

Our program will conclude on February 12th. Check-out is at noon. Please book your return flight based on your departure preference. Transportation to the airport will be provided.
 
*Complimentary late check-outs until 2:00 PM will be given on a case-by-case basis according to the hotel's availability. Please check with the front desk to secure a late check-out.
