Rich has spent all 28 years at HP working with the channel in a variety of roles including strategy, sales, marketing, programs, and category.

Rich currently leads the North America channel team within Workforce Services & Solutions, Portfolio & Market Enablement. Rich and his team are responsible for sales enablement and offer execution of the Workforce Solutions portfolio, including both Print and Personal Systems Services.

Prior to his Workforce Solutions role, Rich was the leader of the Channel Strategy & Programs team. In this role, Rich was responsible for managing and optimizing contra spend to develop joint investment and execution plans with partners to drive profitable growth across the HP portfolio.

Rich currently resides in Houston, TX and can usually be found with his three granddaughters, at a sporting event, or at the beach.
