Suzanne has held a variety of diverse leadership roles during her 30-plus years of experience at Hewlett Packard in Print, Personal Systems, Sales, Pursuit, Marketing, Alliance and Category.

Suzanne is currently the North America Director for Workforce Services & Solutions, Offer Execution. In this role, Suzanne leads the North America team responsible for the business management, P&L management, sales enablement and offer execution of the WSS portfolio including both Print and Personal Systems Services. Her responsibility includes Direct and Indirect routes to market across Federal, SLED, Consumer, Commercial and Corporate Enterprise customer segments. Prior to her current role, Suzanne served in the same capacity as the Director of North America Personal Systems Category.

Before leading the North America Personal Systems Category team, she was the leader of the Personal Systems Services East Region Pursuit Organization. In this role, Suzanne was responsible for developing executive customer relationships, outcome-based solutions for HP customers, driving profitable growth for PC lifecycle services, plus continued growth of HP’s Device as a Service (DaaS) offerings.

Suzanne has an undergraduate degree in Marketing from Michigan State University. She currently resides in Chicago, IL and has a college age daughter living in in Boston. Suzanne has been an active fundraiser for Multiple Sclerosis and a participant in the MS 150 bike ride for over 15 years.
