McCourt spent over 21 years with TD Synnex. Her years of diverse leadership roles across the company enabled her to strategically execute the company’s future-built state as each vice president, Business Innovation Center and vice president, Transformation Management Office where she designed and led transformation support of the business in process redesign, automation, and innovation. Her years in the business were most recently held leading the Cisco Solutions Group, at Tech Data 2010-2018. In that role, she led the company’s dedicated team of sales, marketing, and technical professionals in support of all Cisco solutions available through Tech Data. Under her leadership, Tech Data was recognized and awarded by Cisco over many years for best-in-class partner enablement, innovation, technology enablement and execution.
Before joining Tech Data (TD Synnex), McCourt held various positions in the retail industry in buying and planning roles across traditional, electronic, and big box retail companies. She holds a B.S. in Human Sciences from Florida State University. She attended Yale School of Management Women Executive program, is a Prosci certified Change Practitioner, ICP-ENT certified ICAgile, and Woman-Centered Certified Coach.

McCourt is Board Secretary of Altrusa International of Citrus County and lives in Floral City with her husband, John, cats, pup, and growing hobby farm.
